AI Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Inverox Limited (Company Registration Number: 78522272, Hong Kong) (“Inverox Digital,” “we,” “us,” “our”) uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support our digital marketing services. This policy explains how, where, and why we use AI, how we handle client data in connection with AI tools, and what oversight we apply before any AI-assisted work reaches a client.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out our approach to using AI responsibly across our service lines. AI is used to increase the speed, scale, and quality of research and drafting work. It does not replace human strategy, judgment, or final approval. Every deliverable that leaves Inverox Digital is reviewed and approved by our team before it is sent to a client or published.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all AI tools and AI-assisted processes used across our services, including:
- AI Search Optimization — structuring content for AI crawlers and answer engines, monitoring and correcting AI-generated statements about client businesses, and building the signals AI models use for brand recommendations.
- International SEO — multi-language/multi-regional research, localized keyword analysis, and technical architecture planning (e.g., hreflang).
- Local SEO — listings management, local mention research, and directory consistency checks.
- Content Marketing — research, drafting, rewriting, and editing of website pages, blog content, and marketing copy.
- Link Building — prospect research and outreach material drafting.
- Analytics & Reporting — data analysis, KPI tracking, and report drafting.
3. How we use AI
AI is used, in whole or in part, for the following types of tasks:
- Research — keyword research, topic and competitor gap analysis, market and audience research, technical/SEO audits, and identification of AI-visibility issues (e.g., how a brand is described in AI Overviews or chatbot answers).
- Drafting and content generation — first drafts of website copy, blog posts, meta tags, outlines, and reporting narratives.
- Editing and optimization — improving structure, clarity, readability, grammar, and on-page SEO elements of existing content.
- Analysis and reporting support — summarizing analytics data, surfacing trends, and drafting client reports.
- Light automation — routine, low-risk tasks such as formatting, summarization, and internal task routing.
AI is not used to make final strategic decisions, approve deliverables, or publish content to a client’s website or listings without human sign-off (see Section 4).
4. Human review and accountability
All AI-assisted output is reviewed by Inverox Digital employees before it is delivered to a client or published. This includes:
- Fact-checking and accuracy review of research and written content;
- Verification that content and recommendations align with the client’s brand, industry, and objectives;
- Approval of any content that will be published, submitted to directories, or used in outreach.
No AI-generated or AI-assisted material is published or delivered without this internal human review. Final responsibility for strategy, wording, and published content rests with our team, not with any AI tool.
5. Client data and model training
- We do not intentionally submit client confidential information or personal data to AI tools for model training.
- Before processing non-public client material, we assess the provider’s data-use terms and apply the project’s contractual and security requirements.
6. Data we may process with AI tools
In the course of providing our services, we may use AI tools to process:
- Website URLs and on-page content;
- Public search engine and AI-assistant results (e.g., how a brand appears in AI Overviews or chatbot responses);
- Analytics and performance data supplied by the client;
- Briefs, prompts, and instructions submitted by the client via forms, email, or other communication channels.
For details on how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
We do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, special-category personal data, or information identified by a client as highly confidential to a general-purpose AI tool unless the client has expressly approved that use in writing and appropriate safeguards are in place.
7. Security safeguards
We restrict access to authorised personnel, use individual accounts where available, minimise the data supplied to AI tools, and review provider data controls before use. Our current categories of AI providers and data-handling controls are available on request at hello@inveroxdigital.com.
8. Intellectual property and ownership
Upon full payment under the applicable agreement or statement of work (SOW), the client receives the rights to deliverables as specified in that agreement. Inverox Digital may retain and reuse general know-how, internal processes, prompts, and templates that are not specific to a client’s brand or confidential information.
9. Quality, accuracy, and limitations
AI-generated or AI-assisted output can contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. To manage this, we:
- Fact-check material claims and data points before delivery;
- Do not present AI output as legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice;
- Cite or link to sources where appropriate, particularly for statistics or third-party claims;
- Recommend clients review deliverables for any regulatory or industry-specific requirements that apply to their business.
10. Third-party AI providers
We may use third-party AI platforms and APIs to support our services. Each provider’s own terms of service and privacy practices apply to their respective tools. We prioritize providers that offer meaningful data controls, and we assess each provider’s data-use terms before submitting non-public client material.
The AI tools used for a project depend on the agreed scope. Before non-public client material is processed with an AI tool, we assess the relevant data-use terms and available controls. On request, we can identify the relevant provider categories, the type of data involved, and the controls available for the project.
11. Prohibited uses
We do not use AI to:
- Create deceptive content, impersonations, or deepfakes;
- Generate spam, manipulative, or deliberately misleading content;
- Circumvent search engine or platform guidelines (e.g., Google’s spam and scaled-content policies);
- Knowingly produce content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights;
- Collect or process personal data without an appropriate basis or client consent.
12. Your choices as a client
- You may request that AI not be used on specific tasks in your project; this may affect timelines or cost.
- You may request deletion of AI-generated drafts stored for your project, subject to legal, contractual, and operational limits.
- You may request a list of the AI providers used in connection with your project.
13. Regulatory approach
Inverox Digital is registered in Hong Kong. We apply this policy alongside applicable privacy, contractual, and sector-specific requirements. Where a project involves a jurisdiction or regulated industry with additional requirements, the parties will agree appropriate data-handling measures before the relevant work begins.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this AI Policy as our tools, services, or practices evolve. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
