Welcome to Inverox Digital (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of inveroxdigital.com (the “Site”) and our search marketing services, including SEO, AEO/GEO, and related consulting.

By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

1. Our Services

Inverox Digital provides digital marketing and search growth services, including keyword research, content and technical SEO, AEO/GEO optimization, link building, reporting, and related consulting (the “Services”). Specific deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, fees, and client responsibilities are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. If there is a conflict, the statement of work prevails.

2. Client Obligations

To deliver the Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to your website, CMS, hosting, analytics, and Search Console accounts as needed.
• Supply accurate information about your business, audience, markets, and competitors.
• Respond promptly to requests for approvals, content reviews, or technical implementations.

Delays in access or feedback may affect timelines and results. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client delays.

3. Payment and Billing

• Fees: You agree to pay the fees in your plan or proposal. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Billing cycle: Services are typically billed month-to-month. Payment is due at the start of each cycle before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refunds: Because digital marketing work begins immediately and consumes capacity, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started and work has been performed.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Results

We use proven, data-driven methods to improve search visibility and organic performance, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, leads, or revenue. Search engines change constantly and are outside our control. SEO and AEO are long-term strategies; meaningful results often take several months.

5. Term and Termination

• Term: These Terms apply while you use the Site or Services.
• Cancellation: Month-to-month engagements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Termination by us: We may suspend or end Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: Methodologies, frameworks, tools, and processes used by Inverox Digital remain our intellectual property.
• Your IP: You retain ownership of your website, brand assets, and original materials you provide. Upon full payment, you own deliverables created specifically for your engagement (for example reports or content written for your brand).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inverox Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from use of the Site or Services — including ranking or traffic changes caused by third-party algorithm updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inverox Digital’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services will not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for the Services giving rise to the claim during the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site and Services may use third-party tools or link to external sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their performance, terms, or privacy practices. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page and revising the “Last updated” date. Where required by applicable law or by an existing client agreement, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.

Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
